Can I Use Avery Label Template 5160 For 5260

Hullo

Are you using an Avery template or the Word label option for an Avery 5160 format?
Avery templates were developed for Give-and-take 97 and are not helpful in later versions.

Which printer? Is the driver up-to-engagement?

Which application are you using to view/print pdfs?

Hello!

I've tried using both the Avery template and the Word label option with the same result.

My printer is Xerox Phaser 7800 and everything is up to date. I do commercial printing on it all the time with no issues.

I utilise Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to view/impress the PDFs.

A coworker no longer here was able to print from the Word file with no issue, so I assume I have some sort of setting that is causing this upshot.

I don't retrieve it'due south the printer causing the issue since information technology's fine going through Acrobat, but some setting in discussion. Hopefully someone volition take an answer!

If you lot print the labels to plain newspaper and then compare the alignment of the text on the newspaper with the label canvass, is the text properly aligned?

If you execute the merge to a new document then print that document, is the text properly aligned on the labels?

The text is not aligned if printed on obviously newspaper.

The text is not aligned on a new document either. I've even tried printing from ones my coworker had made in the by and they nonetheless won't print correctly, merely they had printed correctly for my coworker.

Since the same document can be printed unremarkably by your co-worker, information technology seems not to be related to the file. Considering you lot mentioned it can be printed PDF file normally, we'd like to ostend whether y'all select Microsoft Print to PDF equally the printer. Additionally, what option did you select after Finish & Merge? Impress Documents or Edit Individual Documents?

Moreover, please confirm whether the file can be printed normally by your co-workers when they connect to the same printer equally you lot.
